Q. My iTouch touch screen is not responding properly?

This could be due to a faulty part of the touch screen which we can replace for you.



Q. iPod only lasts for a short while after charging, iPod works fine when connected to power but dies when isn't.?

The iPod might need a nee battery which we can replace for you.



Q. Buttons or scroll action not responding?

A new wheel button would need to be put in.

Q. No signs of life at all even if connected to power, has distorted/crackling through headphones usually when scroll wheel is touched. Sound form one headphone or only get sound when headphone plug is held in a certain position?

This can be the logic board / headphone jack fault which we can replace for you.
