I was very impressed to get a text and email informing me that it had arrived, and it didn't stop there, I could check online at any time to see how it was going. The text/email to tell us it was cleaned and ready to comne home, that parcel force were 'caring' for it on it's return journey, made me smile :) All in all an excellent service, one I would readily use again and would reccommend to others. Thank you

This time hopefully it is fixed turn around times after collection was brilliant even managed to arrive back on my sons birthday what a bonus.

I liked the quick turnaround time, my ps3 is back home and working fine! One thing was that the date had been set back to 2006 so my save games in Skyrim weren't appearing in the top of my list. I just had to change the year so no big deal but would have been nice to have had the date/time set.

My Playstation 3 is now completely better and I haven't had any problems since and I have played it for at least another 5 hours since having it returned. My only complaint was not knowing when the courier service would arrive and I now know that it is down to when the pick-up van is in the area. I think it would be helpful to customers if you let them know this so that they understand that they might have to spend the whole day at home. Other than that, it was a brilliant service.

Being a mother to 3 young boys who enjoys gaming a great deal, I have come to understand the frustration faced by parents when their game consoles breaks down and the repair companies takes their time to fix it. However, this was not my personal experience with total console repair. Not only was I pleased with the contact effort made to keep me upto date with the progress of my repair, the turnaround time was second to none. This was a personal esperince out of this world for me. In fact, we recieved our console much sooner than expected. I would recommend some of the major companies take a leap off your page. The job was also completed to a very high standard, with the console, looking brand new on its return to us. you guys and ladies are great professionals and please keep up the great work. we will like to know if you do repair other products i.e Lap tops. if you do , please let us know if not, we will appreciate if you can recommend someone who does with a great profesionalism like yours. many thanks for your great work and professionalism. It was wonderful to have the constant updates on the repair of the console - it made my son feel special and reassured him that you were working hard to fix it. The hardest thing for him was that it arrived at our local depot very early Saturday morning and was loaded on to the van but we had to wait until Monday for the delivery. Many thanks for putting a big smile back on my sons' face.

The service was absolutely first class. TCR were courteous on the phone and by email, being quick and enthusiastic to update on progress and completion. The console came back transformed and fully working. A disc tray cover which had been deformed trying to open it was replaced, and the console looked new. We were very happy. I just hope that the console doesn't quickly fail again, as it did last time (although I appreciate this is more a Microsoft shortcoming than TCR's). Thanks.
