Q. My XBox has one red light, showing system error?
This fault can be triggered by a hardware failure inside your Xbox 360 console, this is something our technicians can repair.
Q. My XBox has three red lights aka 'Ring of Death'?
If your console is showing three red lights 'Ring of Death' this may indicate that your Xbox 360 console has experienced a hardware failure. If your console has been into us before we are able to look at it if it has not been looked at by us before and you are covered by a warranty, Microsoft have extended the warranty to three years as this is a known manufacturing fault, please refer back to Microsoft. If you have no warranty and have the 'Ring of Death' we can repair the console for you.
Q. My Xbox-XBox 360 is not reading any discs?
This could be due to a laser fault, it could just need a full service by one of our technicians or it could need replacing altogether.
Q. My Xbox-XBox 360’s casing is damaged?
If your casing is damaged we can replace it for you.
Q. If I send my Xbox 360 to you will I lose all my data?
We do advise that you back up your console data before you send it to us. Depending on the fault type and the repair we carry out you may not necessarily lose your data, although we cannot be held responsible is some data is lost.
Q. How can I back up my console?
You can back up your XBox 360 onto another console or a pc using a male to male USB cable
Q. My Xbox-XBox 360 will not power up?
This could be due to a fault within the consoles power port or in the power lead itself.
Q. There is a disc stuck inside my console?
This could be due to a fault with the laser, we will aim to retrieve the disc but we cannot guarantee this will be done without causing damage to it.
