This could be due to a fault with the battery, power port on the console or your charger may not be working properly. This can sometimes be a fault with the motherboard which we can replace for you.
Q. My PSP-PSP Slim buttons do not seem to be working?
This could be due to a build up under the button, we can clean the area if required and if necessary replace the buttons.
Q. There is a UMD disc stuck inside my console?
If there is a disc stuck inside your console we will aim to retrieve the game but we cannot guarantee there will be no damage caused to the game in the process.
